The 'ms' directory contains additional files used to port GNU diff v2.5
to MS-DOS and Windows/NT.
Some of this work is based on the efforts of Helge Oldach.
No effort was made to port cmp or sdiff.
Two new makefiles are included, along with a few other files which
provide additional support. The diff and diff3 programs can be
built with the following commands:
make -fms/makefile.bcc # MS-DOS with BCC 3.1
nmake -f ms/makefile.nt # Windows/NT with MSVCNT
Several warnings are produced during compilation, which appear to have
no affect on operation.
This package is distributed without warranty, as per the GNU public
license, version 2.0.
